Gottex Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure that your Gottex order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped on weekdays, excluding major holidays.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt excluding weekends and major holidays. All orders must be placed before 12PM EST that day to ship same day. If placed after 12PM EST orders will ship the following business day.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for orders over $75 shipped Ground. Any shipping fees that will apply for priority shipments are non-refundable.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

    International Shipping Policy 

    Our standard shipping time for international shipments is within 1-2 business days.

    For international orders, expect a transit time of 2-6 business days.

    How long does delivery take?

    Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

    Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within the US in 1-4 business days.

    International Delivery: Typically arrives within 2-6 business days.

    Gottex Return Policy

    Return Eligibility: 
    We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Items must meet the following conditions:

    • The item was purchased on our website. 
    • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • All original tags, including the hygienic sticker, must be intact and attached.
    • The item must not be on clearance or final sale.

    Return Online:
    To start your return, please visit our Returns Portal.

    • Enter your order number, shipping zip code, email or phone number. 
    •  Select the item(s) you’d like to return and your reason for returning the item. 
    •  Choose store credit or a refund to the original payment method. 
      •  Please note that once a refund method is chosen it cannot be changed after the return has been submitted.
    •  Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a Fedex/shipping center location.

    If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@gottexbrand.com and they will be happy to assist you. 

    Refund Process:
    Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, you will receive a refund in the amount of the original purchase price and taxes less shipping costs (if any). All returns will incur a $8 restocking fee unless you choose store credit. 

    If you paid by more than one payment method, your refund will be issued to each payment method used for the original purchase for the respective amount. 

    Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you paid by credit card or debit card, refund processing times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.

    We reserve the right to deny a refund if the items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. 

    If your return is rejected, we will send you an email to inform you that your return was not accepted. Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the email, you may request that the item(s) be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which they were received by Gottex.  If you do not request the return of the item(s) within 15 days, you authorize Gottex to retain the item(s) and the price paid, and to dispose of such item(s) as it sees fit.
