GOTTEX RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

To receive a prepaid return shipping label please email cs@gottex-swimwear.com to request a return label and you will receive the label within one business day. 

We will gladly refund your order if returned within 30 days of purchase and returned merchandise is in "as-received" condition with all tags attached. If item(s) is soiled, stained, damaged, worn, used, ripped, torn or in other than "as-received" condition, the item will not be considered for an exchange or a refund.

Exchange with Free Shipping

If you would like a different item than previously ordered, simply place a new order for the desired style(s) and select the economy shipping method at checkout on our website.  When placing your exchange order, you may enter promo code used with original order.  If you are unable to apply promo code, please email our customer service team for assistance.

Then, return unwanted item(s) for refund by reviewing our Return and Exchange Policy above to ensure the item(s) meet our return eligibility criteria. To receive a prepaid return shipping label please email cs@gottex-swimwear.com to request a return label and you will receive the label within one business day. Affix the prepaid USPS return shipping label to your return package and drop off at your nearest US Postal Service location. If your item(s) meet our return criteria, we will happily refund your original method of payment. We do NOT refund original shipping and handling charges. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing and 48-72 hours for the refund to post to your original payment method.

GOTTEX SALES TAX POLICY

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states and U.S. territories: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY. We do not collect sales or use tax in states or US territories other than those in which we have a physical presence or are otherwise required to collect tax by law. Your purchase for delivery to these states may be subject to sales or use tax unless the purchase is specifically exempt. The laws of these states may require that a consumer's sales or use tax be paid annually on the appropriate tax forms. Please note that there is no exemption from state sales or use tax based merely on the fact that a purchase is made over the Internet or by other remote means.

GOTTEX PAYMENT PROCESSING POLICY

The financial institution associated with the payment method used to place your order will put an authorization on your account until we charge your order. The authorization usually appears as a pending charge on your account. Within 24 business hours of receiving an order confirmation we will charge your payment method for the full order amount. Your order will ship as per the shipping method selected when the order was placed. In the case of pre-order items, your item(s) will ship by the date specified. You will receive shipping confirmation(s) when your item(s) ship.
